KERINCI – Pemekaran Kerinci Hiir, terancam terhambat. Pasalnya, pemotongan gaji dari Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) dalam lingkup Kabupaten Kerinci khusus Wilayah Hilir, menjadi persoalan bagi Menteri Pendayaan Aparatur dan Reformasi Birokrasi (Menpan-RB).
Terkait hal itu Menpan-RB menyurati Bupati Kerinci untuk mempertanyakannya. Akibat adanya surat dari Kemenpan-RB RI tersebut, pemekaran Kerinci bisa terancam dan menjadi catatan pertimbangan bagi pemerintah pusat.
Bupati Kerinci, H Adirozal, membenarkan hal tersebut. Dia sangat menyayangkan adanya laporan ke Menpan-RB oleh oknum yang tidak bertanggung jawab, terkait sumbangan untuk pemekaran Kerinci.
“Ada dak pungutan terhadap pegawai terstruktur tidak ada kan, itu jangan asal ngomong, itu dahulu pemekaran kerinci Hilir bukan bentuk pemotongan hanya sumbangan,” jelas Adirozal. Menurutnya, selain sumbangan gaji PNS, katanya, masyarakat juga ada ngumpul beras untuk pemekaran Kerinci Hilir.
“Sekarang ada yang ngirim surat ke Menpan-RB, terhadap ada pemotongan itu, kalau ada surat itu tentu jadi batu sandungan untuk memekarkan Kerinci Hilir. Ini pasti pegawai yang menyebutkan, kalau yang tidak mau nyumbang sudah lah,” katanya.
